This policy explains how we handle voice generation usage, rights enforcement, and DMCA takedown requests.


1. Fictional & Entertainment Use
Our voice generation service is intended for entertainment, parody, and creative purposes only.

Some voices offered are entirely fictional. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is coincidental unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.1 No Endorsement Implied
The use of any name, likeness, or voice style resembling real persons - including celebrities, singers, actors, or fictional characters - does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by those persons or their representatives.

1.2 User Responsibility
By using our services, you agree that:
    •    You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to create, share, or publish the content you generate.
    •    You will not use the service to violate anyone’s rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or right of publicity.
    •    You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of generated voices.

1.3 Service Limitation
We reserve the right to refuse or disable voice styles that may infringe upon the rights of others or be used for harmful impersonation.


2. DMCA & Takedown Requests
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws. If you believe that content generated through our service infringes your rights, including your voice, likeness, or copyrighted works, please send a takedown request to:

Your notice must include the following:
    1.    Your legal name and contact information.
    2.    A description of the protected work or right being infringed.
    3.    Proof of ownership or authority (for voices, proof you are the person in question or their authorized representative).
    4.    A link or reference to the infringing content.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, if applicable, remove or restrict access to the content.


3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA. Upon verification, we may restore the content unless the complaining party seeks legal action within the timeframe required by law.


4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts repeatedly subject to valid DMCA notices may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
