• If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Services Provided
Stereobox.ai provides access to AI-powered voice generation tools that allow Users to create, modify, and download audio content (“Generated Content”). These tools are intended for entertainment, parody, creative, and personal use only, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing with
Itmex Solutions LTD.
3.1 Fictional and Resembling Voices
Some voice styles may resemble real or fictional persons, whether living or deceased. Unless expressly indicated, such resemblance is coincidental and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization by the person or their representatives.
3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not guarantee that the Generated Content will:
• Accurately replicate the intended voice, tone, or style.
• Be free of errors, glitches, or distortions.
• Be suitable for professional, legal, medical, or other critical applications.
The Platform is provided “as is” and for creative experimentation.
3.3 Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous access, the Platform may be subject to downtime, maintenance, or technical interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without liability.
3.4 Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may include integrations with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or legality of third-party services and you use them at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You confirm and warrant that you have all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to create, upload, share, or publish any Generated Content or other materials you interact with on the Platform.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Infringe Rights – Generate, distribute, or use content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Harm or Mislead – Use the Platform to impersonate or misrepresent others in a deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent manner.
• Illegal Uses – Employ the Platform for unlawful activities, including harassment, hate speech, or the creation of obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Reverse Engineering – Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Platform’s software, models, or proprietary technology.
• Disruption – Interfere with the operation of the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data.
4.3 Responsibility for Generated Content
You acknowledge that:
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share using the Platform.

• Any legal or reputational consequences arising from Generated Content are your responsibility.
4.4 Compliance with Law
You agree to comply with all Applicable Laws regarding your use of the Platform, including but not limited to copyright, data protection, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
4.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
Itmex Solutions LTD, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or connected to your use of the Platform, including your Generated Content and any breach of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the software, source code, models, algorithms, design, branding, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property, are and shall remain the exclusive property of
Itmex Solutions LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform or its intellectual property.
5.1 User Ownership of Generated Content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Applicable Law:
• You retain ownership rights over the Generated Content you create using the Platform.
• You may use, share, distribute, or commercialize your Generated Content, provided that such use does not infringe third-party rights or violate these Terms.
5.2 License to
Itmex Solutions LTD
By creating or uploading Generated Content, you grant
Itmex Solutions LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purposes of:
• Operating and providing the Platform.
• Conducting technical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Improving and developing new features of the Platform.
• Fulfilling legal, compliance, and moderation requirements.
We will never sell or commercially exploit your Generated Content outside the scope of these purposes without your consent.
5.3 Restrictions
You may not:
• Claim ownership of or redistribute the Platform’s software, AI models, or any proprietary datasets.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Platform.
• Use the Platform’s name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
5.4 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, comments, or feedback regarding the Platform, you acknowledge that
Itmex Solutions LTD may freely use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
6. Payments
Access to certain features of the Platform may require payment. The pricing, plans, and methods of payment are clearly presented on the Platform.
6.1 Third-Party Processing
All payments are processed securely by third-party payment vendors.
Itmex Solutions LTD does not store or process your payment information directly.
6.2 Refunds

7. Voice Generation Disclaimer

7.1 Fictional and Resembling Voices
Some voices available on the Platform are entirely fictional, while others may resemble real or fictional persons. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any such resemblance is purely coincidental and does not imply any association, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by those persons or their representatives.
7.2 No Endorsement or Affiliation
The use of a voice style, likeness, or name within the Platform does not imply that the individual or entity represented has endorsed, sponsored, or is affiliated with Stereobox.ai or its Users.
7.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you generate using the Platform. You must ensure that your use does not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or privacy rights of others, nor does it mislead, defame, or impersonate individuals in a harmful manner.
7.4 Limitations of Service
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any voice styles or Generated Content that we reasonably believe may infringe upon third-party rights, violate Applicable Law, or otherwise pose a risk of misuse.

8. DMCA & Takedowns
Stereobox.ai complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws. If you believe your rights have been infringed through content generated or shared on the Platform, you may submit a takedown notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform, including all features, tools, and Generated Content, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
9.1 No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Itmex Solutions LTD disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, including but not limited to:
• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Generated Content.
9.2 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Itmex Solutions LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any:
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration of your data or Generated Content.
9.3 Limitation of Liability Cap
In no event shall the total liability of
Itmex Solutions LTD, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the greater of:
• The total amount you have paid to use the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
• One hundred (£100) GBP.
9.4 User Responsibility for Risks
You acknowledge and agree that:
• You assume all risks arising from your use of the Platform and Generated Content.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Content complies with Applicable Law and does not infringe third-party rights.
9.5 Jurisdictional Exceptions

10. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, your Account, or any part thereof, if we reasonably believe that you have:
• Violated these Terms or any Applicable Law;
• Misused or abused the Platform, including generating harmful or infringing content;
• Engaged in conduct that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the integrity or operation of the Platform; or
• Posed legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to

10.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your Account and cease use of the Platform at any time by following the instructions provided on the Platform or by contacting us at usersupport@stereobox.ai.
10.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or suspension:
• Your right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease.
• Any licenses granted under these Terms shall terminate, except as otherwise specified herein.
• We may retain certain data, including Generated Content, as required by law, regulatory obligations, or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
10.3 No Liability for Termination
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination, suspension, or restriction of your access to the Platform, including the loss of any Generated Content or data.
10.4 Survival of Provisions
The following provisions shall survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property, User Responsibilities, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, Severability, and Indemnification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.1 Jurisdiction
You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any Generated Content.
11.2 International Use
If you access the Platform from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. In the event of a conflict, the laws of England and Wales shall prevail.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under Applicable Law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable in full force and effect.
